Traders Harbour

Official accounts and how to spot fakes

Traders Harbour will never…

Last updated 28 October 2026

As Traders Harbour grows, people will pretend to be us. That happens to anything traders trust. This page lists the only places we are, the things we will never do, and what to do if you meet a fake.

Where we really are

Websites

Only these two:

  • tradersharbour.com
  • app.tradersharbour.com

Anything else, however close, isn't us: extra letters, a hyphen, "harbor" without the u, or a different ending like .net, .io or .ch.

Email

Every email we send comes from an address ending in @tradersharbour.com, including sign-in codes. We never email from Gmail, Outlook or any other free address.

Phone apps

Not released yet. Any "Traders Harbour" app in an app store today is fake. We'll list the official store links here when the apps ship.

Social accounts

X@tradersharbour
Instagram@thetradersharbour
TikTok@tradersharbour
YouTube@tradersharbour

We don't run Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord groups. Any "Traders Harbour" group on those apps isn't ours.

Traders Harbour will never

Worth knowing

Found a fake? Here's what to do

  1. Don't reply, don't click, don't pay.

Take a screenshot and copy the account's link or handle first.

  2. Report it where it is.

On the Harbour: use Report on the message or profile. The person you report is never told who reported them, and our team reviews every report.
On X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others: use the platform's own report option for impersonation. Only the platform can remove an account there.

  3. Tell us.

Email hello@tradersharbour.com with the screenshot and the link. We read every one and report the account ourselves. We can't remove accounts on other platforms, but more reports help them act faster.

  4. If you've already lost money or shared a password

Change your passwords, contact your bank or card provider straight away, and report it to your local police. In Switzerland you can also report online fraud to the Federal Office for Cybersecurity at ncsc.admin.ch, and check FINMA's warning list of unauthorised firms at finma.ch. Elsewhere, contact your country's financial regulator. Be careful of anyone who contacts you afterwards offering to recover the money.
