Privacy notice for the waitlist

Version of 27 September 2026. This notice covers the Traders Harbour website and waitlist. The app will have its own notice when it launches.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Your email address, to confirm it's yours and to email you about the launch of Traders Harbour.
• When you agreed to these emails and which version of this notice you saw, so we can show you gave consent.
• Your invite code, and the code of the person who invited you if there is one, to count invites for early access and the Founding Member badge.
• A scrambled visitor code made from your connection's IP address with a secret key. We use it only to limit repeated signups, never store the IP address itself, and delete the code after 24 hours.

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this website. If you arrive through an invite link, your browser keeps the invite code for that visit only (session storage) so the form can use it.

Legal basis

We email you because you asked us to and confirmed your address (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.

Where your data is kept

The website, the waitlist database and our email run on servers of Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. We don't transfer it outside Switzerland for the waitlist.

How long we keep it

• If you don't confirm your email, we delete your signup 30 days after the last confirmation link was sent.
• If you unsubscribe, we delete your email address and invite code straight away.
• Otherwise we keep your details until the app launches and we've sent you your invitation, and delete them within 12 months after launch unless you create an account.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@tradersharbour.com. Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the EU's GDPR where it applies, you can also complain to a data protection authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For important changes we'll email you before they take effect.
